Field-Level Encryption (FLE)
Sensitive deal fields are encrypted at the application layer before they are stored, on top of full encryption at rest and in transit. Contact details needed to run the engagement (name, email) are stored conventionally and purged on the same schedule as everything else.
7-Day Cloud Purge
Simuka operates on a 'Hot-Record' principle. Raw deal data and verbatim transcripts are held in our cloud systems only for the engagement, then permanently deleted within 7 days of delivery. Any working notes the Deal Director keeps are held offline on a local device, never on cloud servers and never shared.
Enterprise SSO & MFA
We support Google and Microsoft Azure AD Single Sign-On. We never store client passwords, and Multi-Factor Authentication is enforced across our entire infrastructure.
EU Operations, Named Subprocessors
Simuka is operated from Ireland and client data is stored in EU data centres. AI-assisted analysis uses Anthropic's Claude models, which may process data in the United States under GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses). Raw deal material is kept to the minimum needed and purged from our cloud systems within 7 days of delivery.
