How sensitive is the data you actually need to do this work?↓
Realistically: very. To produce useful forensic analysis we typically need access to material that includes stakeholder names, verbatim call transcripts, commercial proposals, and internal CRM notes. Our handling reflects this sensitivity.
What happens to my deal data once the engagement ends?↓
Your deal data, the working files, artifacts, and uploads, is permanently deleted from our cloud systems within 7 days of delivery. Email kept for accounting is deleted within 30 days. The only thing we may retain is limited internal working notes, held offline on the Deal Director's local device, never on cloud servers and never shared.
Where is my deal data processed?↓
Simuka is operated from Ireland and client data is stored in EU data centres. The AI-assisted analysis uses Anthropic's Claude models, which may process data in the United States under GDPR standard contractual clauses. Raw deal material is kept to the minimum needed and purged from our cloud systems within 7 days of delivery.
Do you use my deal data to train AI models?↓
No. No client material is used to train any model. The analysis runs on commercial Anthropic Claude API endpoints, and raw deal data is purged from our cloud systems within 7 days of delivery.

Who actually does and signs off the read?↓
A Simuka Deal Director does and signs off every read. Private multi-agent tooling produces the underlying draft; the judgement, and the accountability, are the named human's. You never receive raw AI output.
What supports the analysis?↓
Private multi-agent tooling analyses each dimension of the deal in parallel (stakeholder capital, procurement resilience, competitive posture, momentum decay, and governance gaps), and a synthesis step assembles the findings. It is reason-to-believe behind the Deal Director's judgement, never a substitute for it.
What is a Structural Fracture?↓
A Structural Fracture is the specific, diagnosable reason a deal has stalled. Simuka identifies four categories: Stakeholder Collapse (your champion went quiet), Procurement Paralysis (InfoSec, Legal, or CFO blocks), Strategic Drift (urgency has evaporated), and Governance Gaps (procurement blocks that standard documentation cannot answer).
What does the Double-Lock review gate mean?↓
No artifact leaves Simuka without passing through two gates: (1) automated quality inspection by the Kinetic Engine's Inspector agent, and (2) personal review and approval by the Deal Director. You never receive raw AI output.

The read is delivered live within a few working days of the intake call. Exact timing is agreed when the engagement is scoped.
